John R. Brown – Senior Partner - John spent twenty years in executive and management roles developing his skills in business having achieved his last role as Senior Vice President Human Resources and Customer Service for a multi-billion dollar global company. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY and completed the Executive Education Program from the University of Michigan. John’s professional background includes expertise in developing workforce solutions for large and small companies in numerous industries.  John founded his consulting firm prior to co-founding The Premier Partners.  He is a speaker and presenter on  delivering winning workforce solutions and Human Resources as a strategic impact player.  He is married with two daughters and lives in a suburb of Rochester, NY.

Joseph S. Stirpe – Senior Partner - Joe holds a Bachelors Degree from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY and holds numerous professional certifications and designations.  For the past eighteen years Joe has focused on workforce solutions for clients throughout the Northeastern US.  Joe founded Premier HR Solutions Group and quickly grew the company into a much sought after provider and co-founded The Premier Partners.  He brings extensive experience in workforce analysis and solutions with organizations both large and small.  His leadership, insight and strategic approach to workforce solutions has allowed organizations to make drastic leaps in their human capital and bottom line results. Joe is on the Council of Leaders at Roberts Wesleyan College and is married, with four children and resides in a suburb of Rochester, NY.

Tony Coccitto - Managing Partner - A seasoned professional in the employment industry, Tony brings a successful track record in recruitment and employment recruitment leadership.  He brings a solutions-oriented approach towards identifying and solving recruitment process requirements of our clients.  His focus is on assisting clients with implementing cost-effective recruitment solutions, Tony received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Alfred University and holds the professional certifications of PHR & CSP designations.  Tony sits on the state leadership board of the New York Staffing Association and is a Board Member of the Genesee Valley chapter of the Society for Human Resources.  He is Married with 2 children.
